Return

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 31 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

Once you have informed us of the withdrawal, please return the items within 14 days. We cover the return shipping costs, except for freight returns. Please handle the items with care, as you are only liable for any diminished value if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items or custom-made products.

General Notes:
1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the items and return them in their original packaging with all accessories. Use protective outer packaging if necessary.
2. Please do not return items freight collect.
3. These notes are not mandatory for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.


Quick guide for package returns:

1. Prepare the item: Carefully pack the item(s) along with all accompanying parts, including accessories and the original packaging, into the original box. Please include a copy of the invoice and/or delivery note for better identification.

2. Seal the package: Securely seal the package and prominently attach our return label on the outside to ensure a smooth return process.

3. Drop off the package: Drop off the package with the appropriate shipping service or conveniently schedule a pickup. Make sure your return is properly scanned upon drop-off or pickup so you can track the status of your shipment.

4. Return confirmation: After we receive your return, we will confirm the receipt of the shipment via email. We will then check whether the return complies with our regulations and arrange for a refund or exchange within a maximum of 14 days.


Quick guide for freight returns:

If your item was delivered by freight forwarding, the return will also be handled by a freight service. The pickup will be organized by us, so we request that you contact our customer service beforehand. Please keep the following in mind:

1. Use original packaging: To avoid transport damage, if possible, use the original packaging that was used for delivery.

2. Include documents: Make sure to include a copy of the invoice and/or delivery note with your return.

3. Attach return label: Attach our return label clearly on the outside of the packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that cannot be clearly identified.

4. Return shipping costs: Please note that both private and business customers are responsible for bearing the full costs of the return shipment.

Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with the item you received, we offer you the option of an exchange. Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the goods to initiate the exchange process.

The items to be returned must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will promptly proceed with the exchange. Please note that an exchange is only possible if the desired replacement item is in stock and is not a unique piece.

Thank you for your understanding, and we are always available for any further questions you may have.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will promptly initiate the refund. This will be processed within a maximum of 14 days using the payment method you used for the purchase.

If you are returning an item due to a defect or dissatisfaction, we guarantee the refund of the full invoice amount.

Please note that for an exchange, the item can only be refunded if it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

We appreciate your trust in us and are always ready to address any questions or concerns you may have.

Complaints

If you are not completely satisfied with the delivered goods, we kindly ask you to promptly contact our customer service. This is especially important if the item has defects upon receipt or does not match the description.

Visible transport damage must be reported and documented to the shipping partner immediately upon delivery. Please inform our customer service afterwards as well. If the goods are obviously damaged or defective, you have the right to refuse acceptance. Concealed transport damage must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.

In the case of a quality defect, you have the option to return the item free of charge. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly initiate a refund of the purchase price or ship a replacement item, provided it is available.

A. Instructions for Cancellation

Introduction

Consumers, i.e. any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside those individual’s trade, business, craft or profession, are entitled to cancel any contract on the following conditions:

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 1 month without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 1 month from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and not later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Exclusion and/or premature expiration of the right to cancel

The right to cancel is excluded for contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

The right to cancel does not apply for consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not nationals of a member state of the European Union and whose exlusive residence and address of delivery are located outside of the European Union.

General information

1) Please prevent damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, please use protective outer packaging. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please use suitable packaging providing adequate protection against potential transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods freight forward.
3) Please note that the above general information in section 1 and 2 is not a precondition for effectively exercising your right to cancel.
