• Freight Shipping: Only within Germany.

Within Germany:

For a gross merchandise value of up to 99.99€, the cost for standard shipping is a flat rate of 5.90€.

For a gross merchandise value of up to 249.99€, the cost for standard shipping is a flat rate of 10.90€.

For a gross merchandise value of 250.00€ or more, standard shipping is free.


Within the European Union:

For a gross merchandise value of up to 99.99€, the cost for standard shipping is a flat rate of 15.00€.

For a gross merchandise value of up to 249.99€, the cost for standard shipping is a flat rate of 20.00€.

For a gross merchandise value of up to 499.99€, the cost for standard shipping is a flat rate of 30.00€.

For a gross merchandise value of 500.00€ or more, standard shipping is free.

After receipt of your order, your goods will be prepared for shipment within 2 business days. The actual delivery time then depends on the chosen shipping service provider. We work with various shipping partners to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and reliably.

Standard Shipping within Germany:

• DHL: 1–3 business days
• DPD: 1–2 business days
• GLS: 1–3 business days
• UPS: 1–2 business days

Standard Shipping within the EU:

• DHL: 3–7 business days
• DPD: 3–6 business days
• GLS: 3–7 business days
• UPS: 3–5 business days

Freight Shipments:

• 4 - 8 business days (only offered within Germany)

After receiving your order, you will promptly receive a confirmation email from us. Once we have verified your payment information, your goods will be prepared for shipment within 2 business days and dispatched. We will then send you another email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number so that you can conveniently track your delivery.

Depending on the shipping method and delivery destination, it may take between 1 and 8 business days for your order to reach you. Please also note that you may receive partial deliveries if you order products from different categories (e.g., Home Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, or Carpets & Rugs) together or if not all items ordered are available at the same time..
