I. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: Within the EU.
• Freight Shipping: Only within Germany.


II. Delivery Destinations

We are pleased to offer you our products within the European Union (EU). However, please be aware that there are some exceptions and specific guidelines that need to be considered when placing your order.

Exceptions:

• Freight Shipments: Only offered within Germany.
• Specific Products: Certain items are subject to strict sales and distribution policies and can therefore only be ordered within Germany.

III. Shipping Costs

Within the European Union:

Standard shipping within the European Union is free.


IV. Delivery Times:

After receipt of your order, your goods will be prepared for shipment within 2 working days. The actual delivery time then depends on the chosen shipping service provider. We work with various shipping partners to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and reliably.

Standard Shipping within Germany:

• DHL: 1–3 working days
• DPD: 1–2 working days
• GLS: 1–3 working days
• UPS: 1–2 working days

Standard Shipping within the EU:

• DHL: 3–7 working days
• DPD: 3–6 working days
• GLS: 3–7 working days
• UPS: 3–5 working days

Freight Shipments:

• 4 - 8 working days (only offered within Germany)

Please note that in rare cases, such as holidays or unforeseen events, delays may occur. If you have further questions about your order, we are always available to assist you.


V. Shipment Tracking:

After receiving your order, you will promptly receive a confirmation email from us. Once we have verified your payment information, your goods will be prepared for shipment within 2 working days and dispatched. We will then send you another email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number so that you can conveniently track your delivery.

Depending on the shipping method and delivery destination, it may take between 1 and 8 working days for your order to reach you. Please also note that you may receive partial deliveries if you order products from different categories (e.g., Home Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, or Carpets & Rugs) together or if not all items ordered are available at the same time..
