• Is the entire JUPITER Int'l online shop assortment also available in the showroom?
In our showroom, you will find a curated selection of premium products, which we are delighted to present to you from Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The rest of our assortment is ready for shipment in our logistics center; however, it can easily and conveniently be ordered online or on-site in the showroom for delivery to your home. This also includes the entire product catalog of our partners. If you wish to view a specific rug before purchasing it, you can simply contact us via email at contact@jupiter-intl.eu or via WhatsApp at +49 40 51313314. We will then reserve the corresponding rug for you and arrange for its transport from our warehouse to our showroom within 48 hours.
• Does JUPITER Int'l sell originals?
JUPITER Internationale Handelsges. mbH operates as an authorized specialist partner for almost all brands and manufacturers whose products are offered and sold in this online shop. The items we offer are exclusively original products. We would like to explicitly clarify that we distance ourselves in every way from the sale of counterfeit and copyright-protected products and strongly condemn the theft of intellectual property.
• How sustainable are the products?
The sustainability of our products is a central component of our corporate philosophy. At JUPITER Int'l, we are aware that a seemingly inexpensive purchase often leads to repeated investments. Therefore, we place special emphasis on selecting high-quality products that stand out due to their quality and durability.

No. However, we recommend that you sign up for an account with JUPITER Int'l so you can order more conveniently.
• I forgot my password. What can I do?
Simply click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, and we will send you an email to reset your password.
• How do I find out about new arrivals, promotions and pre- or private sales?
Enter your email address at the bottom of our website so you don't miss out on anything and receive exclusive offers based on your preferences. Additionally, we offer a one-time 10% welcome discount for signing up for our newsletter.
• How do I place an order with JUPITER Int'l?
It's simple; here's how it works:
1. Do you already know what you want? Then search for it using our search bar. Alternatively, you can navigate through our menu.
2. Select the item you want and click on "Add to Cart". Once you have placed all desired items in your cart, click on "Checkout" or the cart icon at the top right.
3. You will now be redirected to the checkout. Please enter your contact information as well as your delivery address. Then select your preferred payment method. Review your information and confirm the order.
4. You will then receive an email confirming your order. Your items will be carefully assembled and shipped to you. We will keep you updated on every further step until you receive your goods.
• Can I also place an order by phone?
Yes, our customer service also takes phone orders via credit card.
• Is it possible to reserve an item?
Since we believe all customers deserve a fair chance, we cannot offer this for our entire assortment. However, this does not apply to rugs, for which an appointment must be made with our customer service either via email at contact@jupiter-intl.com or via WhatsApp at +49 40 51313314 for a viewing. We appreciate your understanding!
• Is my personal information safe with JUPITER Int'l?
Absolutely! We keep your personal data securely under lock and key and protect it from unauthorized access by third parties. Only authorized personnel have access to your data. Therefore, we can assure you 100% that your information will neither be sold nor rented to other companies for advertising purposes. We will only share your personal data if you have consented to it and if it is legally permissible. For more information on this subject, please refer to our privacy policy.
QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PAYMENT PROCESS
• What payment methods are accepted?
Here you can find all the payment methods we currently offer.
• When will my account be charged if I pay with PayPal?
The payment from your PayPal account will be processed upon completion of the order process in our online shop.
• When will my account be charged if I pay by credit card?
Your credit card will be charged immediately after you complete your order. Your bank account will be charged according to the timeline agreed upon with your credit institution.
• Is VAT charged for international deliveries?
For private individuals from the EU, statutory VAT is always charged on all deliveries. As a business or corporate customer, you are exempt from VAT upon presentation of a valid VAT ID number.
• In which currencies can I pay?
This depends on your delivery country and will be displayed to you before you submit a binding order. If your local currency is not available, the invoice will be issued in euros at the current exchange rate.
QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPPING
• Which shipping service provider is used to dispatch orders?
We place great importance on uncomplicated and efficient delivery. Therefore, we ship items that can be sent as parcels using DHL, DPD, GLS, and UPS.
Various factors influence the choice of shipping service provider, such as size, weight, value of the goods, and the destination country.
Items that cannot be shipped as parcels are dispatched via freight.
• Which countries does JUPITER Int'l deliver to?
We deliver to the entire European Union. Excluded from this are designated product lines intended solely for the German market as well as items that can only be delivered by freight forwarding.
• What does delivery “free curb” mean?
This means that the shipment will be delivered by the delivery vehicle, but the recipient must transport the goods to their final location and handle the disposal of the transport packaging themselves.
• Where can I find information about the delivery times for the offered items?
Estimated delivery times will be displayed during the ordering process. Please note that delivery times may vary and unforeseen delays can always occur.
• What delivery times apply to items that are not in stock?
We strive to offer you a comprehensive product range to meet all your wishes. Accordingly, we also offer products that are not in stock online, which we source directly from the manufacturer or have custom-made for you. Delivery times may vary depending on the manufacturer. As soon as we receive the order confirmation from the manufacturer, we will promptly inform you about the expected arrival of the goods so that you are always kept up to date.
• When will available items be shipped if paid for in advance?
Once your bank transfer has been credited to our account, we will initiate the shipping of your items. Please note that standard transfers within Germany can take approximately 1 to 2 business days. Transfers from abroad may take about 3 to 6 business days. Using realtime transfer can significantly speed up the process, allowing us to process your order almost immediately after successful payment.
• When will available items be shipped if paid for by credit card?
Due to the immediate charge to your account when paying by credit card, available items can be released for shipping shortly after the order is received.
• When will available items be shipped if paid for via PayPal?
If you order with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal site to complete the payment. Available items will be prepared and released for shipping as soon as possible after your order is received.
• Is it possible to schedule a delivery time?
With your tracking number, you can specify any desired dates, preferred drop-off locations, and second deliveries with the respective shipping company.
If the delivery is handled by freight, the scheduling will be arranged via email. Alternatively, you can provide a phone number, and the notification will occur via phone call. • Where is my shipment? Is tracking available?
With the shipping confirmation, you will receive all the important shipment details and a link for tracking. This way, you can always check the current status of your delivery.
• The delivered package is damaged. What should I do?
We ask you to inspect your shipment carefully upon delivery. If there is any visible damage on the outside, please note them immediately upon receipt on the delivery confirmation or the delivery note, and check the contents for completeness and integrity. Otherwise, the shipment is deemed to have been accepted by you without reservation or complaint. Additionally, we request that you contact our customer service regarding any further complaints and to process your claim. So-called hidden or concealed transport damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS
• Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can cancel or change your order as long as it is still being processed and has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service either by phone or by email to make the changes. Make sure to have your order number ready to expedite the process.
• Can I return or exchange items?
Of course, you may return or exchange items. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to arrange a free return or exchange.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 31 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
Once you have informed us of the withdrawal, please return the items within 14 days. We cover the return shipping costs, except for freight returns. Please handle the items with care, as you are only liable for any diminished value if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items or custom-made products.
General Notes:
1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the items and return them in their original packaging with all accessories. Use protective outer packaging if necessary.
2. Please do not return items freight collect.
3. These notes are not mandatory for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.

• How does the exchange of my order work?
Exchanging is quite simple. Please contact our customer service either by phone or by email. Provide your order number and specify the items you wish to exchange. Please note that the shipping of a replacement item is only possible if it is in stock. After we receive and review your return, we will promptly organize the shipping of your replacement item.
• When and how will I receive my refund?
After receiving your return, we will immediately refund the full value of the goods. Please note that the processing time can take up to 14 days. The refund will be made using the payment method you selected when placing your order.
Important: Please refrain from initiating a chargeback if there are uncertainties regarding your order or the credit card payment. We ask that you contact our customer service directly in such cases to avoid unnecessary costs that may be charged to you.
• How do I handle a complaint regarding a defect?
If your order does not arrive in perfect condition or is defective, we are, of course, here to assist you in initiating a return and, if possible, exchanging the items. The return of disputed goods is always free of charge.
Generally, we distinguish between two types of complaints:
1. Transport Damage: Please document any visible transport damage on the delivery receipt or packing slip. Check the delivery for completeness and functionality and promptly inform our customer service of any damage. If the goods are obviously damaged, you have the option to refuse acceptance. Concealed transport damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
2. Quality Defects: If your order has a quality defect or is defective, we would like to sincerely apologize to you. Please contact our customer service via email or by phone and have your order number ready. After reviewing your complaint, we will promptly arrange for the free return or exchange.
• How do I return an item?
Please read the following section carefully to fully understand the return process. If you have any uncertainties or questions regarding the return, our customer service representatives are at your disposal. We are here to help to ensure that no unnecessary costs are incurred.
Quick guide for package returns:
1. Prepare the item: Carefully pack the item(s) along with all accompanying parts, including accessories and the original packaging, into the original box. Please include a copy of the invoice and/or delivery note for better identification.
2. Seal the package: Securely seal the package and prominently attach our return label on the outside to ensure a smooth return process.
3. Drop off the package: Drop off the package with the appropriate shipping service or conveniently schedule a pickup. Make sure your return is properly scanned upon drop-off or pickup so you can track the status of your shipment.
4. Return confirmation: After we receive your return, we will confirm the receipt of the shipment via email. We will then check whether the return complies with our regulations and arrange for a refund or exchange within a maximum of 14 days.
Quick guide for freight returns:
If your item was delivered by freight forwarding, the return will also be handled by a freight service. The pickup will be organized by us, so we request that you contact our customer service beforehand. Please keep the following in mind:
1. Use original packaging: To avoid transport damage, if possible, use the original packaging that was used for delivery.
2. Include documents: Make sure to include a copy of the invoice and/or delivery note with your return.
3. Attach return label: Attach our return label clearly on the outside of the packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that cannot be clearly identified.
4. Return shipping costs: Please note that both private and business customers are responsible for bearing the full costs of the return shipment.
• Can I return items for free?
The return of items that can be shipped as parcels within the EU is free of charge.
For goods that are delivered via freight, return costs apply. These costs must be borne by both private and business customers. We charge a flat fee of €70 (including VAT) per freight pallet.
